Create tests for roles and modules

There are currently no explicit tests for this collection. While I do run most of the components of this collection in my own homelab on a daily basis, a more exhaustive test suite would still be nice.

Given that the components in this test suite need either a full PVE or PBS host, this isn't particularly easy to do with molecule and docker/podman. The best approach would probably be to use vagrant with custom boxes for PVE and PBS hosts.
