molecule: use prebuilt docker container for borgmatic tests

Currently, the borgmatic remote tests use the borg_server role to initialize a server for the tests. This works but introduces a testing dependency between roles that we should try to avoid. Ideally, we should use some kind of turnkey borgbackup server docker image for these tests.
