Bayesian transition models for ordinal longitudinal outcomes

This repository contains the materials for "Bayesian transition models for ordinal longitudinal outcomes".

The analyses are performed using R and are contained in Quarto documents. To run each analysis, enter quarto render into the command line to run all the documents in order.

ACTT-1 Analysis

For the ACTT-1 data, the data can be requested from the NIH here: https://accessclinicaldata.niaid.nih.gov/study-viewer/clinical_trials/ACTT

The .sas7bdat file can then be added to the /raw_data folder for the analysis to proceed.

VIOLET

The data required to run the VIOLET analysis is included in the /raw_data folder.
