For filling the database there are a few hundred archives available

  • Biomodels has around 10 models with SED-ML and 20-40 with COPASI files which could be added to the repository
  • sbml test cases as archives (see work Kyle)
  • JWS archives (request permission)
  • Rostock archives
    Many of these have been collected already in the sed-ml testsuite.

This will make the examples much more comprehensive and provide tests if the architecture scales (things like the archives and tags view must probably be updated to deal with many models)
