Hello,

I wondered why the netatmo connection was not working until I realised that it was caused by the hash in my netatmo password. Maybe other special characters are also affected?!

Could you please escape those hashes or otherwise add a hint in the readme?

Thank you very much in advance!

With kind regards,
Michael

I had the same problem - it's not in the netatmo driver though - the hash gets treated as a comment in the config file and everything from there onwards gets ignored. You can quote the password to get it working, so
password = Pass#Word
just sends "Pass" to the netatmo servers and
password = "Pass#Word"
works.
