on first click into applet mate system monitor opens an window and sets a lockfile or equivalent
on second click into applet mate system monitor checks existing lockfile, and then do not start an new window process, but makes already existing window go on top.
Actual behaviour
on second click into applet mate system monitor opens a new window and closes it again, sometimes immediately, sometime with considerable delay of up to one minute on my exhausted system, then window is visible, process can be observed in the lower tray
Steps to reproduce the behaviour
click into tray applet system monitor , hide opened window behind another one .
Make second click, see window sometimes appear, and not see existing system-monitor window go on top
