On Ubuntu MATE 16.04 LTS user was able to use mouse wheel to scroll interface tabs.
On development version of Ubuntu 19.10 this is not possible - tabs do not react on mouse wheel.

Sorry, something went wrong.
As long time GNOME2 user this functionality is intended / expected / useful for me. Seems to be GTK3-caused regression.
Still happens on latest Ubuntu MATE 22.04 LTS beta.
#172 was closed because when I tested it it, scrolling these tabs was almost uncontrollably fast
Successfully merging a pull request may close this issue.
