Support both current and legacy Alfresco json format

• Now works with both current Alfresco repos and older ones which respond with outdated JSON.
• Added 'list' action (or 'l') to list documents in folder and subfolders recursively

better handling of cmd line args

• allow short arg 'u' for upload action
• when uploading local files it wont fail if file doesn't exist locally but exists in Alfresco
• allow leading slash in path arg
