Remove 8 block reach distance limit

With carpet installed, and the antiCheatDisabled rule set to true, block reach can extend to 32 blocks. It would be useful to still have a warning that >8 blocks will not work without carpet, but allow for larger distances in case carpet is being used.

What version of minecraft and tweakeroo are you using ?

I'm on 1.18.2, and tweakeroo is probably a bit outdated- it's 0.13.3.
If it matters, carpet is 1.4.66, I have carpet TIS 1.50.1, a few other masa mods (minihud, litematica, itemscroller), and malilib v0.12.1.
