Provide at least the following information

Minecraft version - 1.21.1
Mod version and malilib version - 0.19.50 and 21.0

A clear description of the issue:
Problem with [shape: inner_right and inner_left] of stairs

Mirror the structure behind it.

The litematica projection misinterpret the shape of the stairs.
