Need instructions on how to run or batch/shell scripts with config files #9

Right now to run this the non-programmer needs to run a command line. This is bad and should be remedied.
The simplest idea that hides this from the non-programmer is a batch file made into a shortcut (Win) or a launcher (Mac) and code that reads from a YAML config. So the user simply fills in values for labeled elements in the config and double-clicks the icon.
