Customize coverage levels and appearance

It would be nice to be able to customize the settings for the report for the three thresholds (100%, >90%, <90%). (Ideally, alter all 3 levels, but barring that, at least the 90% threshold.)

It would also be nice to be able to alter the colors used in the report (I find the grey distracting, and would prefer something like yellow, that would be more obviously visible).
