Need to move the following files out of website and into this repo:

pages/naval_letter_format_js_test.html
assets/js/naval_letter_format.js
assets/js/bundle.js

Then we need to enable either

Option A. Figure out how to pull in this repo into jekyll serve for website
Option B. Github action to push back into website repo. (lock those files from being touched too?)

This enables best practice by putting all the project files over here vs in the website.
