Amend UI to deal with new contracts struture #412

Due to #410 - the structure of the underlying contracts has changed. The structure is of the following:

Storage of UI necessary information is as follows:

TokenManager:
- ValidTokens
- ValidSwaps
MarketMaker
- Vaults (list of vault names with corresponding addresses)
Vaults (unique to specific token)
Total vault holdings (shares, tokens etc)
User holdings (shares, unclaimed tez)
Batcher
swap holdings
batches (volumes + clearing etc)
