Add an option to register interruptions

Something like org-pomodoro-interruption and this is registered in some way (Properties? Logbook? Not sure).

Optional: After 3 interruptions suggest reset the timer, but keep the interruptions registered.

The type (internal or external) and/or the reason of the interruptions can also be registered based on how they are going to be handled.

Don't forget a hook for this. I'd love to have my custom capture function run if i'm interrupted and have some thought i want to quickly capture.
