New release for Merqury

Hi @arangrhie,

Are you considering to release a new version of Merqury?
I saw that you committed Merqury to solve some issues and to use Meryl 1.4, however the last release is Merqury 1.3 from 2021.
If you can make a new release for the current version, I can create the conda recipe for bioconda, if you agree and if no one else is working on this already.

@arangrhie we got also a request on the Bioconda side for a new package and we would like to avoid packaging something that is not released. Do you think a new release is possible soon?
