[Bug]: Optimize route was not provided by Mapbox direction API

Mapbox Navigation SDK version

2.17.0

Steps to reproduce

In Singapore navigate from "Ncs hub" to "Marina Square Carpark"
Mapbox does not provide the optimized route to navigate

Expected behavior

Mapbox should give optimized route. However google maps is providing the optimized route.

Actual behavior

Mapbox does not provide the optimized route:
