check naming convention tool captures files with no extension

Actual behaviour

error filename does not match regex: Folders - new one for each MA number

The file "Folders - new one for each MA number" is checked even though it doesn't have a ".mxd" extension

Expect behaviour

Only those files with the specificed extension(s) should be checked.
