[Bug]: Responsiveness issue and Theme switcher not working

Bug Description

The website is not responsive for Mobile and tablets and Theme switcher not Working

Provide a detailed description of the bug

The navbar is not shown properly in the Mobile view and the registration/login container is not aligned properly.
The Theme switcher (Light Mode/ Dark Mode) is not working.

Expected Behavior

I would like to fix these two issues:

1. Responsiveness for other devices.
2. Theme switcher button functionality.
   so the user can get a good experience on all devices.
