[Feat]: Add a scroll to top button in the landing page

Feature Description

A scroll to top button to help reach the top of the landing page immediately

Provide a detailed description of the feature

When we reach the bottom of the landing page, we need to scroll through again to reach the top, so here we can add a scroll to top button which will help us reach the top of the page .
