Add a hover effect in the "About Us" section to enhance interactivity and visual appeal when users move their cursor over specific elements.

The "About Us" section will have a dynamic hover effect applied to specific elements, such as images, text, or icons, to improve user engagement and provide a visually appealing experience. When a user hovers over these elements, a set of pre-defined animations or style changes will be triggered.
