[Feat]: I want to Improve the HomePage of the website.

Feature Description

Currently our site does not have any appealing homepage UI and the dark-light mode toggle isn't even working so their is no meaning in putting it their jjust for show.

I want to Improve the homepage UI of the current site to make it more appealing.

@shambhavipathak24, I'm currently working on the homepage and navigation menu. Once my pull request is merged, you can start working on the other pages of the site. How does that sound?
