AFAIR, they are suppose to path from Ratchet to nearby at Crossroad and back. I remember back in the days. they would pathing along the path everytime I would run to Ratchet from Crossroad. Currently they are just standing there not moving in Ratchet.

Lizzarik and Jorb pathed between Crossroads and would take a break in both areas for an unknown time period to sell their goods.
