Geolabel Maker v2.
Reorganized the architecture in object oriented and fixed issues for windows users + minor issues. Added classification + object detection annotations. Fixed issues for COCO annotations (cleaner segmentation). Added projection, crop, clip, simplify methods to process geo data. Introduced a log system + dataset configuration. Added downloaders from SentinelHub, MapBox and OpenStreetMap APIs. Better docs with Google format, build with sphinx. Added unit tests for all methods + test data.
