[BUG] When using TFT_LVGL_UI E0 won't move

Bug Description

I have an MKS Robin Nano V3. When I activate the TFT_LVGL_UI and send it to the board, the commands to move the extruder simply stop working. However, when I use TFT_COLOR_UI the problem disappears for no apparent reason. I was wondering if anyone has experienced a similar problem or has any idea why this happens. I would like to use the LVGL_UI to access the wifi function that the MKS Robin has.
