Add our Rust book to the Rust landing page

We should add our new Rust book (once that's available) to the Rust landing page. I guess we could add a new box below the "We are trusted by international companies that bet on Rust" logos where currently the photograph from last year's EuroRust is.

This isn't particularly critical and could be done after EuroRust.
