Your Campaign is not ready to send

Hello,

I am new to Mailchimp
I have created a new MailChimp account and trying to send a test campaign using PHP.
I am getting following errors in response

My domain is already verified to send emails..

i am trying to authenticate domain using Cname and txt records but it is not working due to any reasons.
