the chat-app does pretty excessive data-updates

this makes the launcher to be slightly overstrained :D ... so ... the "Total Data Downloaded" jumps wildly

i append the log-file in case you want to investigate it ... (i know the launcher dies .. but maybe the data-volume-calculation not)
