Video file corrupts service

During the last test safe://its-coming.savage worked great. With the current release any attempt to upload the video file (MP4) fails and then prevents all new files of any description to be added to that service.

It has been noted in the forum too by other users, I have not been able authenticate the email example at all since the start of the test, I was able to authenticate the web hosting manager but that will no longer work.
Both request permission and upon granting it they both hang waiting for authorization. (windows 10)
I have deleted and re-downloaded everything to avail.

No other apps are open or have been granted permission and none visible in managed apps.

Hi @joshclsn, we are not able to reproduce the issue at our end. It will be helpful if you could share more information like on which platform, arch, etc you tried on.

Hi @shankar2105 windows 10. Ill share the a-z
(this is all test 17 all on the same machine)
1st token claimed via level 2 on forum.
I was unable to authorize email app but was able to authorize web hosting manager.
I would create a service and could upload files but when I tried to upload an mp4 it would stall seemingly at the end. no file would appear in the service but subsequent attempts to upload it would say the file exists.
If i started a new service and attempted the mp4 first once it failed I was unable to upload any more files to that service.
I used all my credits with this in a matter of hours,
Viv kindly provided me with a fresh token (@savage)
Strangely the new token used on the same machine with a fresh account would not allow either app to authorize.
(remember first token I was not able to authorize the email app)
After a few days I decided to try get a new token from a long dormant forum acc,

3rd token, 3rd account all test 17and on the same windows 10 machine. everything works perfectly.
