Issue in required type of custom field "File" #253

Hello,
Sorry for my bad English.
I just want report any issue here.
I have create a custom field with "File" type and it's required (look image)

But if I create a post with empty file it still published, although the field is required. (look image)

Any one can help me with this issue?
