Currently in willora.mk is a list of certain HTML entity/Unicode substitutions. These happen to be the ones that satisfy The Wolfskull Standard (my WIP novel) but in reality we need something better.

I still don't fully comprehend why Asciidoctor-PDF's built-in HTML entity/Unicode handling doesn't do the right thing all the time with the PDF converter, but I need something that'll work AND is comfortable to write. I don't want to require the author to look up a numerical code every time they want to write an accent or whatever.

Maybe doing only the Latin-1 special chars is good enough for now?

f33a142 is a decent start but it's by no means comprehensive
