I wanna track this, I originally was just gonna do it in a single PR because it's easier to manage Git that way, but because the changes are more drastic, I'm going to create separate PRs and get those going.

We got approved for Libre hosting! So not as much fighting for time (though ideally we want to get it out somewhat quickly to prevent issues with merge conflicts)

All open translation PRs should be ideally merged:

That way translators don't fight each other without knowing

#978 makes certain strings translatable and makes other marked as not, as they're gonna be the same on another language anyway

Now that those have been merged, I wanted to register how Weblate shows translation status:

@m2049r hey, can you set up a webhook for Weblate? It would mean Weblate automatically updates when there are new commits here

#986, another less aggressive approach to deal with some noticeable fuzzy translations which may cause issues

that should be the last of it, and I should open Weblate after these get either rejected or merged
