If I'm not understanding what you did wrong, the problem you're facing is that the backup file is not encrypted with the user-defined password, it's encrypted with your backup restore password, or crazypass: https://anhdres.medium.com/how-monerujos-crazypass-crazy-secure-password-scheme-works-dc4f99a99ff0 |
I didn't seem to create any passwords to protect the backup, although I don't remember. Even if I did, I entered it correctly, because the wallet name appeared. But the password for decrypting the wallet itself, its keys, did not fit, although it was exactly correct |
I see in archive backup two files, not three files in archive wallet |
You don't need to create any passwords to protect the backup. Monerujo will automatically create a strong crazy password and use that. You can see it alongside the Secrets of any wallet. |
Should I write down that long password when decrypting the wallet? Or the usual password that was previously created by me? |
The long one if you want to open your backup anywhere else, or in a new Monerujo install. |
I need restore this backup in other devices, new install Monerujo |
I tried to use the backup function to a file. created. Moved it to another device via BT. Opened the application. restored the wallet from the file.
But I can't enter the password, although it is definitely correct.
What's wrong?
I have to restore from the phrase.
