VG is not told about swaps resulting from exchange totems, leading to confusion #507

When a wolf and a villager are swapped during the night, the list of players targetable by the VG changes but the VG is not told about the swap. So the list given at the beginning of the night is no longer accurate and there is no way for the VG to find out who's the new possible target (other than trying the ex-wolves).

Log from a game where this happened:

You are a vengeful ghost, sworn to take revenge on the villagers that you believe killed you. You must kill one of them with "kill " tonight. If you do not, one of them will be selected at random.
Villagers: dax and miney
(pony and miney were swapped somewhere at this point)
kill min
You must target a villager.
kill pony
You have selected pony to be killed.

You are a vengeful ghost who is against the villagers.

3 players: miney, dax, and pony
It is currently night. There is 1 wolf, 1 insomniac, no mad scientists, no vengeful ghosts, 1 crazed shaman, and no villagers.
