votes required to lynch counter doesn't take narcolepsy into account #495

lykos said 4 votes were required, but it was only 3:

174710 <@lykos> The villagers must now vote for whom to lynch. Use "!lynch <nick>" to cast your vote. 4 votes are required to lynch.

Agent had narcolepsy, the only other totem was jacob1 with pacifism:

edit: I thought it used to modify this number but I was probably thinking about something else, it would still be nice though! So not actually a bug, or at least not a new one, just slightly confusing behavior and not consistent with how !votes works (or used to? didn't test it in this game)
