Still sync's but we get slammed in teams with the following in the report.

Company: A fatal error occured: A parameter cannot be found that matches parameter name 'Headers'.
Company: A fatal error occured: A parameter cannot be found that matches parameter name 'Uri'.

This is a azure deploy to 1.3.

It looks like your 'Build and Deploy' workflow didn't actually run. I'd try disconnecting GitHub from the deployment center and then reconnecting it.
