In future we would like distribute evitaLab also as standalone desktop application on Windows, Mac and Linux.

Requirements:

The application needs to run the web-based evitaLab with minimal-to-no specifics for the desktop runtime.
it should allow only single window at a time
it should update itself from Github releases

It seems that the Tauri could be the one to go. It has small package size, it offically supports Vite and it supports all of the requirements.
