Can we have *NC highlight groups please?

So there is Normal and NormalNC built-in highlight groups which allows to have different highlights for active and inactive windows. I'm wondering whether it's possible to have some indent highlight groups for inactive windows as well, e.g. to dim current context in inactive windows

I build a POC for this, but it looks like Neovim does not redraw virtual text over the whole screen when moving focus into a floating window.

So for now I think I can't support it

It does, but I won't release it when it's still this buggy.
You can try to use it if you want to, it's under the feature/nc branch
