Per your sugggestion, we should have npm be our installer. However, seperate into seperate packages: thermite-master and thermite-node

After we have a prototype. Even then, NPM is for working libraries. Installing from the git repo is standard practice for a project this early in development.

I was just pointing how NPM can be used for apps instead of just dependencies for apps.

We'd be no more useful than an app that makes fart sounds at this point.

Fart apps were #1 in the apple app store for a good while.
