I cannot see Google - Analytics Property ID variable used anywhere, unless i miss something?

You're totally right - feel free to create a pull request if you have time.

If / when I need to do another implementation (don't have any projects on my radar at the moment) I will be sure to update, but I don't currently have the time bandwidth.
