How to run jupyter-tensorboard in Anaconda environment? #73

I installed and configured jupyter and TensorFlow in conda, but conda does not have the source of jupyter-tensorboard. So I chose to use pip install to install... Unfortunately, jupyter-tensorboard does not work properly.

For TensorBoard 2.2 or later as seen here, you'd probably be needing #63 .
