Is your feature request related to a problem?

I think we should integrate the safety feature of reporting a user through a right-click. Writing a superior (tutor/instructor) and then referring to the message (which can be edited) without a link (right now, this feature is not implemented) is an unnecessary effort. The referenced message should be a snapshot of the message at the time where it was reported.

Describe the solution you'd like

I right-click on a message and can report it. The course instructors get notified and can see the reported message with author, timestamp, and channel name on a separate page. The page can lock like the FAQ from the instructor's point of view. Future Work: The instructor could answer the reporter and write to the author of the unpropped message.
