Describe the bug

If you click on a notification about an exercise release while on an exercise page, the exercise description will not update automatically when you return; you’ll need to refresh the page in the browser to see the updated content.

To Reproduce

  1. Go to any exercise
  2. Click on a notification about an exercise release
  3. Go back to the exercise
  4. See that the description did not refresh.

Expected behavior

Exercise page from previously viewed exercise should be correctly displayed.
