Folders moved to /opt/stacks aren't showing up

Ubuntu

Folder called Docker_Compose

Within that folder, I had 3 other folders within that directory that each had separate compose files in them.

I moved all of the folders from /docker_compose/ to docker_compose/opt/stacks so the compose files would show up in Dockage, which they now do.

When I cd into /stacks and use "ls -al", the only thing that shows up is ".." I can edit the compose files from Dockage but the individual folders and files aren't showing up in my terminal.
