Scale issue with more than 10 cards

Hello,
Actually i have two issues:
The first one, if you just try to add more than 10 cards (in your demo: http://codepen.io/loringdodge/pen/ZGvMxE),
the 11th card and above will have the same width/height and the the scale will will move bigger and bigger than usual.

the second one, i have seen the move back implimented, but no undo function to get the card destroyed back.

Hey @drwhite00 ,

Thanks for pointing out all this awesome stuff. I especially liked the infinite cards moving to the right. Unfortunately, this component was not meant for production purposes and was tied to a post that I wrote. If you plan on putting this in a production project, I can put it in a little bit to fix these problems.
