Documentation is not up to date with localstack 2+ ... the page mentions You can also use the EDGE_PORT [configuration variable](https://docs.localstack.cloud/references/configuration/) to change the exposed port if necessary which is a depreciated configuration.

thanks for pointing that out @krosenk729! we're just now finalizing a change to make EDGE_PORT completely obsolete and will update the docs accordingly :-) localstack/localstack#7991
