Elections results page needs a vote share chart #114

https://new.newcastle.gov.uk/election/uk-parliamentary-general-election-4-july-2024/cramlington-killingworth needs to include a table listing all the candidates, their parties, the votes they received and the winner

It's very similar to the chart shown on the vote share page which we've hidden for this type of election
