A few 404 documentation links

https://releases.llvm.org/10.0.1/docs/index.html
https://releases.llvm.org/9.0.1/docs/index.html
https://releases.llvm.org/7.1.0/docs/index.html
which don't exist.

The doc links at https://releases.llvm.org/download.html#11.1.0 are similarly 404 (and 10.0.1, 9.0.1 and 7.1.0 have blank documentation sections that look kinda silly).

Should the missing docs be put online, or would it be better to link the respective .0.0, or simply delete the links?
