I'm aware of the OpenMP status sheet and the Community Call Notes - I don't think they are an adequate replacement for a more stream-lined public status page.

I think that flang should have a status page vis-à-vis its implementation status of the various Fortran Standards.
For comparison, the following pages fulfill similar roles in LLVM (often linked with in-progress PRs) resp. for gfortran:
