This grabs from @livechat/ui-kit, but that package is unlicensed and largely difficult to find source.

Hi 👋 we plan to open source this package, it just need to prove itself a little bit more (don't take me wrong - we are successfully using it in production). At the moment we are stabilising its APIs.

As to the license - we definitely need to set one, not yet sure which one should it be for the time being though. I'll take care of it in following days, but I don't think we'll be able to release to npm a stable 0.2 just yet (but we are releasing beta versions often).

It's worth adding that project is documented here.

Thanks for the update! This widget sample seems to be MIT licensed; would be nice if the UI widgets it calls on shared that license. I'm know that feeling, of worrying about pushing code into github before it's been proven out, documented, etc.

Reopening as per #3 this may not occur this year.

I recently looked into your chat widget and find it very useful. In fact it was the only good quality font-end chat widget i could find online which fits my need. Can i use it on my commercial application without any issue. Do you plan to release it as a open source library under licence like "MIT".

I would say if you can do that you would be doing a great contribution to the community since i couldn't find any other library like this with a good quality.

Waiting for your response.

https://www.npmjs.com/package/@livechat/ui-kit seems to indicate this is now MIT licensed. Not sure when that happened

Hi @Andarist, do you have any update about opening source of this package ?

@felipefutty we are working on a completely new version of that UI kit, no ETA yet - but it will bring better theming support and better story around composition. Once that's done we are probably going to open source it.

HI @Andarist, is new version available now to use?
